The new SLQ series flow meter operates without any moving parts and has the highest reliability and chemical compatibility. Special media isolation design based on MEMS sensors is applicable to automation systems. These small and highly sensitive flow meters allow accurate and fast measurement of dynamic flow, as well as simultaneous detection of small bubbles which measures flow rate of less than 100 ml / min, for a wide range. Highly sensitive CMOSens® chips are monitored in a direct current way, providing highest sensitivity for minimum flow measurements.
